To offset the cost of the residency program, all residents will be compensated at a reduced salary for 50 weeks until graduation day.  A resident will be compensated at $25/hr with a benefit package.  For more details, please contact the director/coordinator of the residency program at:  (541) 839-4998.

NOTE:  After completion of the residency program, if a job position(s) is available at Riverside Physical Therapy, resident graduates may apply for the job position and a new salary will be negotiated to meet the newly acquired knowledge, skills, and experience gained by the graduates of this program.  If he/she goes on to pass the ABPTS board certification examination in orthopedic physical therapy, a new salary will be negotiated to meet the newly recognized board certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) at the master clinician level.
