Application Deadline:  April 1 and September 1 of each year.

Start Date of the Residency Program:  August 1 and January 2 of each year.

NOTE:  Prior to the start date of the residency program, the resident must already have an Oregon PT license.  However, a temporary license permit is acceptable provided that the resident obtain an Oregon PT license prior to the expiration date of the temporary  license permit.
